WHAT DAY/TIME DO THE SESSIONS MEET?
The January cohort meets on Mondays from 1:00–2:30 PM EST for the Leadership Lab and 1:00–1:45 PM EST for the Integration Session.
All dates are finalized prior to the start of the program and provided in your welcome materials so you can plan ahead with confidence. Dates are subject to movement, with advanced notice provided.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
Every masterclass and coaching call is recorded and uploaded into your private Skool classroom. You will never lose access to the material.
HOW DO I HOLD MY SPOT?
Pay in full: $1832 or setup a payment plan of 6 payments of $305.33.

I have spent my career as a stylist, salon owner, executive, consultant, and now doctoral researcher working on my doctorate in organizational psychology, digging into these very questions.
