For years I poured my energy into helping salons recruit talent and market themselves to grow. But I kept circling back to the same question: why does our industry struggle so much to keep people in salon careers?

That curiosity became a deep desire to solve it. I wanted to understand leadership, retention, and what truly makes teams last.

I have spent my career as a stylist, salon owner, executive, consultant, and now doctoral researcher working on my doctorate in organizational psychology, digging into these very questions. The Leadership Lab is part of this first of its kind research, and by joining you not only grow as a leader, you contribute to the work that will shape the future of retention in professional beauty.

WHAT DAY/TIME DO THE SESSIONS MEET?

Cohorts run 12-1:30 EST and sessions are bi-weekly. Please note that holidays or other special circumstances make change specific dates. There are cohort options Tues-Thursday.

 

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?

Sessions are recorded and saved in your private Skool classroom inside of the Leadership Sanctuary.

 

HOW DO I HOLD MY SPOT? 

You can choose the payment plan of 6 weekly payments of $306 (total $1,832) or pay in full for $1,832. 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER LEADERSHIP TRAINING?

The Leadership Lab is different because it develops two things most leadership programs separate: the internal steadiness of the leader
and the practical skills required to lead high-performing teams.

Through structured labs and live coaching, you practice these skills in real time instead of just learning theory.

The program is also part of ongoing doctoral research studying leadership, performance, and retention in the beauty industry, giving participants early access to insights on what truly helps teams grow and stay.

 

WILL MY INPUT BE PUBLIC IF I JOIN THE RESEARCH??

No. The lab discussions are confidential and should you choose to participate in the doctoral research occurring within the Labs all research is conducted anonymously.
