FAQ

WHAT DAY/TIME DO THE SESSIONS MEET? The first quarter cohort options are: January 7th and January 21st. 12-2pm or Feb 2nd & 16th 9-11am EST or March 3rd & 16th 1-3pm EST. You choose one date pair.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FROM THE SALON CAN JOIN? Up to four team members can attend under one enrollment. Bring whoever will help you build, implement, or lead your recruiting system — owners, managers, social-media leads, or education directors.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PLAN TO COMMIT? You’ll attend two live sessions (2 hours each) during the month, plus your private 1:1 coaching call. Plan on an additional 1–2 hours between sessions to apply what you learn. By the end of the month, your entire recruiting system is live and ready.

That question became my mission.
I wanted to solve it — not just with inspiration, but with data, strategy, and systems that work.

Over the last decade, I’ve been trusted by some of the largest and most respected salon brands in the country to help them crack the recruiting code — brands representing tens of millions in annual revenue and hundreds of team members.
Together, we’ve built hiring systems that produced real results — in some cases, as many as 65 hires in a single year.

What makes my approach different is that I don’t teach theory — I bring data no one else has in the professional beauty space. My work is grounded in both real-world recruiting results and my doctoral research in organizational psychology, where I study what actually keeps people engaged, fulfilled, and thriving in salon careers.
